In this category, I immerse myself in the memory of people dear to my heart who are no longer with us. By the means of 'heads' painting, I bring them back to life. They may be family by blood, friends, or people of public interest. While I normally will never have met the latter in person, such as political activists, outstanding leaders, artists and authors of novels that kept me spellbound at night, I feel a deep relationship of the soul.
