Another view in the 2018 series of "Marie". Again, I adopted an experimental approach, as I did not use ordinary "artists' paper", but instead painted on an old brown postal envelope, which of course was primed beforehand. Upon closer look, the character of the envelope shines through. On the upper and the lower side, the envelope was not sharply cut by a scissor but has been left somewhat raw. This experimental usage gives my painting a special appeal. It will look marvelous in a special frame.
