Again in our 2018 nude painting session, model "Marie" was a great source of inspiration. Here, I have painted her in a back kneeling pose. Like in my other "Marie" acts, I have used an experimental approach, in painting on an old advertisement brochure instead of artists paper. The colors of the brochure, and also the printed text on it, in a some spots shine through which render a particular charm. - This painting will look fabulous in Passepartout frame. What needs to be mentioned, because it cannot be shown in the foto: A small piece of the upper left corner of the brochure has been torn. It is a matter of taste whether this is viewed to enhance the charm of the painting, or not...
